Fees- Sessions are 50 minutes in length

Clinical Meditation and Imagery

Work one-on-one with a nurse coach to better understanding your life from a deeper perspective. Through the use of clinical meditation and imagery techniques you will be guided and supported in identifying and developing your gifts with an enhanced understanding of your capabilities, goals, and how to utilize your time in life in the best way possible. Learn to access your inner resources of peace, wisdom, purpose and oneness to promote spiritual growth. Sessions provide opportunities to discuss your feelings, identify your strengths, develop and set goals, and take action, Learn how your life can transform by contacting us today. Fees - Sessions are 60 minutes in length.

Martha teaches a slow, mindful style of Hatha yoga known as the Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga developed by Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. David Simon. Yoga is a philosophy for living a life of balance, peace, and joy. The regular practice of the Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga provides a system for self-development. The sequences are performed mindfully and never with stain. Variations are provided so that all levels of practitioners can benefit. Pranayama or breathing techniques are taught to enhance the practice for the balance of body, mind, and spirit.

Martha’s group classes are on Thursdays and Sundays at the Lemonbalm Yoga and Wellness studio inside Lavender Lane, 100 Front Ave., Indianola, MS.

Thursday-8:30-9:30 am SSLY mat practice and 12:00-12:45 pm chair practice

Sunday-3:00 pm SSLY mat practice and 4:30 pm chair practice
